Who we are looking for:
 ~ a mature person who knows the tour business and is at ease with leading small or large groups of tourists and will be in charge of the Tour Guides and their training.  Tour Guide Manager will help the Tour Guides provide CTS’s CEO with a detailed written itinerary and a video of the tours they’ll be guiding that will meet with the CEO’s approval.

~ you’ll hire some of the Tour Guides and make sure the Tours run smoothly and professionally by leading them until you’ve trained your Tour Guides to do the tours and to be as professional and on time as best as they can be.

~  you will introduce the Tour Guides to the wonders of travel and their new responsibilities which will involve solving whatever problems arise on the tours they lead, you’ll bring out their best Tour Guide qualities, and ability to inspire through Travelogues and motivational speaking, so they inspire creatively, and guide with pride and excellent service.

~ You will care for the Tour Guides and answer their every question (more than once usually), and deal with their every emergency. And all the while you have the highest standards of excellence.

~ the requirements and demands may be challenging at times but this is an exciting job and the rewards can be great depending on what you make of it.
