Work Volunteers and Free Skill Classes

We’re happy to accept volunteers who’ll receive free skill classes instead of a salary.  Just fill out the Employment Application & Classes Registration forms and say at the beginning that you’re a work volunteer.

If you qualify for a salary fill out the Employment Application on the bottom of the page.

Or Register to be paid for work and pay for Skill Classes in a Work/Study Program

Call to talk to a Work/Study Program Agent, at 951-305-6495 and register for a Work/Study Program

and get a job immediately.

You’ll be told where to go to start a job immediately and take a test to see what level of pay you’ll receive.

You’ll be told how much the classes will cost you and approximately how long it will take to pay for the classes with the job salary you’ll be getting.

Usually it takes a year and after that, you can leave or keep your job if you like it & get more pay or go on to another job at CTS at higher pay and if the job requires new skills, you’ll take new classes & have a payment plan, and you’ll be getting better pay.

If the job doesn’t require new classes – there’s no need for a payment plan and you’ll be getting better pay.

Each year your job gets higher pay & you’re given the choice of a new job at higher pay or you can leave CTS.
